These terms apply to your use of Digital Binder at digitalbinder.me, run by Luca Kiss and Lupica Andrei (“we”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Digital Binder lets you organise a trading-card collection in digital binders and track details such as condition, notes and market prices. It is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can save your data.
The binders, notes, drawings and images you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you. Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Market prices are gathered automatically from public Cardmarket and TCGplayer price lists and converted with public exchange rates. They are estimates for your information only: they may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they are not an offer, a valuation or financial advice. Check the store before buying or selling.
Digital Binder is an unofficial fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation or any other rights holder. Pokémon and its card game are trademarks of their respective owners, and the One Piece Card Game is © Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha, Toei Animation and Bandai. Card names and images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the cards in your collection. If you hold rights in something shown here and want it removed, email us and we will act promptly.
We work to keep Digital Binder running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free. We recommend keeping your own record of valuable collections, for example with the PDF export.
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on prices shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
You can stop using Digital Binder at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why first.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country and may also bring a claim there.
